South of France Mint Julep

  • 2 oz of Fine Cognac VSOP Naud
  • 4 leaves of fresh mint
  • 1/2 oz of simple sugar
  • A few dashes of bitters


Crush and mix the mint and sugar syrup in an Old Fashioned glass. Fill with crushed ice and add the cognac. Stir lightly, complete with crushed ice with a few drops of bitters.
